Solvency and Financial Condition
Thomas Grimm has been appointed CEO of Baloise Life (Liechtenstein) AG with effect from 1 January 2021. Thomas Grimm has worked for Baloise since 2014 where he started in the Group Internal Audit department and moved in 2018 to the finance division, where he headed the Accounting Policies department. Previously, he worked for more than five years in consulting and auditing for industrial and insurance companies. Thomas Grimm holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), is CFA Charterholder and Certified Accountant. Thomas Grimm is a Swiss citizen and lives with his family in Zurich.
David F. Moser joined Baloise Life (Liechtenstein) AG in October 2008 and was appointed member of the Executive Board on 27.06.2012. Prior to that, he worked for more than ten years in the life insurance sector in the area of unit-linked policies for the Italian market (market structuring, distribution, networking, contracting, products) for CapitalLeben/SwissLife (Liechtenstein) AG in Schaan and as project manager for Allianz Suisse AG in Zurich. After completing an integrated law degree (in Italian law) at the University of Bologna and the University of Innsbruck, David F. Moser completed a one-year internship at the Innsbruck District Court. David F. Moser is originally from South Tyrol and lives with his family in Schaan (Liechtenstein).
