The capitalisation contract is specific to the legislation of certain European countries and thereofore is not available on all our markets.
ProCapi is a capitalisation contract whose return is linked to investment funds.
Apart from the Insurance Company, the two main players in the capitalisation contract are:
- the policyholder: the person who concludes the contract and pays the premium; in principle, the policyholder owns all the rights to the contract.
- the beneficiary: the person who will receive the benefit of the contract at the end of its term.
The policyholder determines his personal investment strategy and selects the investment vehicles in which the premium will be invested.
Throughout the life of the contract and depending on his country of residence, the subscriber has the right to request a change in the allocation of the contract's assets.
