In the event of a complaint, we invite you to contact the AML-Litigations department of Baloise Vie Luxembourg S.A., either by e-mail: qualite@baloise.lu, or by post to 8, rue du Château d'Eau L-3364 Leudelange, or by using our website: www.baloise-life.com.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 10 working days and provide you with a response within 30 days. If we are unable to do so, we will inform you.
If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 90 (ninety) days, you may contact the Commissariat aux Assurances (prudential supervisory body, authorised to process requests for out-of-court settlement of claims), in accordance with the procedures as set out on its website.
In addition, you may also use the Association of insurance and reinsurance compagnies (ACA), by post to the following address: ACA, 12 Street Erasme, L-1468 Luxembourg and have the right to bring an action before the competent courts.
